If you wish to file a Complaint against another person, you will have to follow the following procedure. Note that you will be required to provide evidence to file a Complaint. You can email your Complaint to the Clerk of the Court, and you can contact the Clerk if you have any questions, or need assistance.

You will need to provide as much information as you can. The Clerk will contact you if additional information is need. Please, take your time and provide as much detail as possible.

Procedure to file a Complaint.

Accuser's information: names (including aliases or nicknames used within the past year), webpage URL(s) (if any), email addresses (all used during the period of time covered by the Complaint), preferred contact email address, phone number (optional), address.

Accused information: Name (if known), aliases or nicknames; webpage URL(s) (if any), email addresses (all known), current email address or other means of notification, phone number (if known), address (if known).

Accusation:

• List of allegations broken down into specific claims and specific instances (Counts) and numbered accordingly;
• List of evidence, identified by Count, to include: screen captures, where available; URLs; copies of emails, with headers intact; any statements (affidavits) by others as to the allegations; and, any other evidence supportive of the accusation.
• Witness list: Including any statements you wish included; name (including aliases); email address; phone (if available).
